Watch page count go up and up and up and up and up ... none

Description mux2005 2008-11-14 08:39:34 UTC
Open the attached document, wait a little and watch the page count rise to
infinity. The document has been produced by the Word import filter. Immediately
after the import it was still possible to work with the document. The bug only
surfaced after saving as ODT and re-opening.

OOo 2.3.1 is not affected. All later versions that we have tested (including OOo
3.0 under Linux and Windows) are affected.

Forgot to mention that OOo becomes completely unresponsive and has to be killed,
so DO NOT open this document while you have unsaved documents open!

MRU->OD: could you please have a look? The document will cause a loop in OOo.
When I opened it, the page count went up to 604 page and then OOo did not
respond at all.

Yes, it is a layout-loop. Further investigation needed.
