Open the attached test case. 
 
Select the first column in rows 2-5 (four cells in one column). 
 
Right click and try to change the column width to 1.0cm (or anything else). 
 
Only the first cell will be resized. 
 
May be related to issue 57121 or issue 17239.

MRU->OS: In the attached document, select cells A2.1.1:A2.1.4, open
Format.Column.Width and set width to 1cm -> only first row is canged.
Using the mouse controller all rows will be changed as expected.
