Describe:
  Japanese name file is allways overwrited without confirmation.

How to reproduce the crash or bug:
1. Save a file that has same Japanese name with existed file.
2. Then it is overwrited without confirmation.

This Issue requires more information ('needmoreinfo'), but has not been updated
within the last year. Please provide feedback as requested and re-test with the the latest version of OpenOffice - the problem(s) may already be addressed.
