FT: A new feature, called Enclosed Characters will be needed in OO.o to
accomplish better usability in East-Asian markets.

I suggest to extend the Font class with SetEnclosing()/GetEnclosing()
methods and adding a meEnclosing member to the Impl_Font structure.

Since the enclosings need some space the metrics of the font will
change when an enclosing is enabled.

Back to PCD owner: I'm told the PCD owner keeps the task and submits
