Right now, it seems to me that the only way to move a table is by one by one
resize the columns or rows.  Can we have a table handle that can be grab and
drag around?

Also, grab the table's corner (with a handle shown) , users can resize the whole
table (scale all the rows and columns).

As a workaround, you can place the table inside a frame and move the frame...
