How can I display and print at the top of each page the first and last items 
that appear on that page. For example, you can display the first and last names 
that appear on a page in a membership directory, or the first and last fields 
of a table in that page... like a dictionary?

OO Writer does not have a feature which will dynamically "register" the
first/last items of a page. Reassigned to BH.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
