Attached file demonstrates this issue. The line "Launch Workflow for a Document"
at the very end of the document should be numbered as 3.1. Instead it does not
have any numbering. 

Sorry if this is a replica - I checked as best as I could.

Now I am on the office that comes with Fedora Core 3. I have tried it about a
mount ago on the version downloaded from openoffice.org.

MRU->HBRINKM: this is a very odd document. The Headings are numbered with a
normal numbering (not linmked to a Style) which list name is "Outline".
OO generates a List Styles called "Outline" of this (but without assigning a
numbering type) and also sets the Outline numbering on this. This seem to
interfear each other, thus the mentioned paragraph will not be numbered properly
when assigning "Outline" List style manually and moving to second level.
