when I open a Word Perfect Documet the Page numbering feature works fine. then
when i go to save it as either a 1.1.4 file or as a 2.0 file all of the Page
numbering goes to Page 1 on every page
Comment 1 lohmaier 2005-09-12 21:30:32 UTC
please attach a sample document.
Comment 2 michael.ruess 2005-10-21 14:16:26 UTC
Yep, please attach a sample document.
Reassigned to SBA.
Comment 3 lohmaier 2005-11-06 19:34:39 UTC
Please attach the source-document (not the result)

I guess it was you (wyndknight) who sent me a sample document without reference
to the issue, without OOo-username. It almost got lost, sorry for that.

In the result file, the footer doesn't contain fields anymore, but regular text.

Please use the "Create a new attachment"-link above the comment-box to attach
the sample document, this is better than emailing it. (You have to be logged-in
to see the link). Thank you and sorry for the delay.

Sorry, the page numbering is not yet among the features that we convert. It is
on our TODO list though. Please, attach a document so that I can have a
reference when I am implementing this, whenever this will be.

This Issue requires more information ('needmoreinfo'), but has not been updated
within the last year. Please re-test with one of the latest versions of OOo -
the problem(s) may have already been addressed. Either use the recent stable
version: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html
or consider trying the new OOo 3 BETA (still in testing):
http://download.openoffice.org/3.0beta/

Please report back the outcome so this Issue may be closed or progressed as
necessary - otherwise it may be Resolved as Invalid in the future. You may also
wish to search for (and note) any duplicates of this Issue that may have
advanced further :
