A user mentioend difficulty reading the red color text in the spellchecker dialog. See attached screenshot.  
I could not find any way to change the text color using custom colors for user interface elemnts in Tools 
Options OOo Appearance. As the dialog seems to break the implied policy (to be configurable) i think this 
is a defect. I assume this affects all platforms, but can only test on my own build of m183 mac osx now.

The problem is not only the red color but especially the bold font that is used.
This makes it a lot harder to actually read the word.
