When the user is deletes a word entry of any particular dictionary, there is no
confirmation required before OOo deletes that word. (This is done to reduce the
work, because the user may have to delete a lot of words.)

This is OK. 

However, there is a problem: If he deletes some unintended words, he cannot
recover those words by canceling the editing operation.

Desired: The GUI should have a "Cancel" button.

I think this should be marked as an enhancement, not as a defect.

Lingucomponent is the wrong owner for enhancement especially if they are about
the UI. Setting new owner.
