German names for Singapore and Hong Kong are wrong:

Wrong: "Chinesisch (Singapore)", correct: "Chinesisch (Singapur)" (-ur instead 
of -ore)

Wrong: "Chinesisch (HongKong)", correct: "Chinesisch (Hongkong)" (lowercase k)

German string resources aren't part of the code base anymore, but localized
instead. Whoever may be responsible now, please take over. Reassigning to iano
for scheduling.
