Hi, liushibo
Better offer some steps for this issue. There are only Chinese characters in 
the picture. Maybe it's hard for those who can't read chinese to come to this 
screen.

Step to reproduce:
1. click "Reports" icon in Database pane
2. click "Use Wizard to Create Report"
3. Invoke the dialog of report wizard. In the dialog, select step 5.
you will find the "screenbeans" don't translate into chinese in the layout of 
headers and footers pane.

I can confirm the issue, but I don't have any suggestion on how to name that
thing (it is untranslated in german as well, but I have no idea how to translate
that) - anyway: Confirming, reassigning to correct component

So if you have a suggestion on what to translate this, please add a comment to
this issue.
