There is such option in MSO2007: on press Clrl+Enter in table cell, current line
and all following lines goes to the next page. It's quite suitable - in OOo all
table goes next page on press Clrl+Enter (if there is any text before table).

I offer to extend this functionality: to use Clrl+Enter the same way and
Clrl+Shift+Enter to insert page breaks.
