Are you L10N folks seeing "File - Wizzards - Document Converter" untranslated?
(Common.xcu#..Common.Menus.Wizard.m11.Title.value.text in officecfg / registry /
data / org / openoffice / Office.po ? should we open another issue?

Not an i18n / locale data issue, but UI localization instead.
