Users report that Spelling and Grammar dialog lacks an ability to go back to the
previous sentence and go forward. In Microsoft Word, there is "next sentence"
button in the similar dialog box; and in other word processors, as far as I
remember, there were similar buttons.

Also, displaying a whole comment on top of the proposed correction seems a
better idea than to hide it under a button. As these two are usability features,
I'm adding usability keyword. This should be discussed on lingucomponent-dev and
probably consulted with UX people.

Setting a default target of OOo 3.2.
Issue still needs to be evaluated.
