It seems that currently, the alignment of footnote or endnote numbers cannot be
controlled. It would be usefull to provide the user with the option of
right-aligning the numbers of the footnote, i.e.

 9. Footnote 9 is here.
10. Footnote 10 is here

The default, which apparently cannot be changed by the user, is left align

Currently, OO Writer does not supporta possibility to change the alignment of a
Footnote number in the numbering label.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".

Linux Libertine G has a font feature for right aligned footnote numbers, plus it
supports true superiors. Set "Linux Libertine G:algn=1&sups=1" extended font
name in Footnote Characters character style and Normal position instead of
superscript to use these features, see http://www.numbertext.org/linux
